Eating Disorder Therapy

Heal your relationship with food and your body.

Whether you’ve been diagnosed with an eating disorder or you’re questioning why food and eating seem so challenging, I’m here to help.

Maybe you spend a lot of time thinking about food, calories, or your body. Maybe you feel guilty after eating, avoid certain foods, find yourself caught in cycles of restriction and overeating, or constantly compare your body to others. You may be wondering, “Is this really an eating disorder?” or “Am I struggling enough to need help?”

You don’t need to have a diagnosis to deserve support.

Our work will focus on moving away from guilt and rigid rules and toward greater flexibility, trust, and peace. We’ll work together to understand the thoughts and emotions underneath your eating patterns while helping you reconnect with your body’s needs.

You are more than your body.

You don’t have to love your body every second of every day to have a healthier relationship with it. The goal is not perfection or following another set of rules, it’s creating a relationship with food and your body that allows you to live your life with greater freedom.

I’m here to offer a compassionate, judgment-free space where we can explore what you’re experiencing and work toward a healthier, more peaceful relationship with yourself.
