Hi there!

I’m Patricia. I’m really glad you’re here.

I believe that therapy is about more than managing symptoms. It’s about understanding ourselves more deeply, learning to feel safe and connected in our bodies and relationships, and creating a life that feels authentic and meaningful.

My passion is helping women heal from trauma, develop a healthier relationship with their bodies, and navigate the experiences that have shaped who they are.

Before opening my private practice, I worked in residential treatment and intensive outpatient programs supporting adolescents struggling with eating disorders and mood disorders. Those experiences shaped the way I practice today: with curiosity, compassion, and a deep belief that there is always more to a person than what they are struggling with.

A Little About Me

I grew up on the East Coast in Northern Virginia and recently made my way to Santa Barbara with my husband and our three young boys. I grew up playing competitive team sports and still enjoy playing soccer on the weekends. I love a good walk while listening to a TV rewatch podcast and spending time with my family.

What I Believe

I believe every person deserves to be treated with dignity, compassion, and respect. My practice is grounded in the values of social work, including honoring the worth of every individual, advocating for equity and social justice, and practicing with integrity and humility.

My practice welcomes and affirms all body sizes, genders, sexual orientations, races, ethnicities, and abilities. You deserve a therapeutic space where you can show up as your whole self.

Most importantly, I believe you don’t have to figure everything out on your own. My hope is to empower you to live life more fully with more love for yourself.
